Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a structured, evidence-based form of talking therapy recommended by NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence). It helps people understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and teaches practical strategies to manage difficulties such as anxiety, depression, and stress.
CBT is usually short-term and goal-focused, giving you tools to make lasting changes in daily life.
Third-Wave CBT Approaches
Alongside traditional CBT, we also offer “third wave” approaches — newer evidence-based therapies that combine CBT techniques with mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based living.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a structured, evidence-based form of therapy recommended by the World Health Organisation and NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) for the treatment of trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It helps people process distressing memories and experiences, reducing their lasting impact and allowing healthier emotional responses.
Over time, EMDR makes traumatic memories feel less intense and more manageable, supporting emotional healing and resilience.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a supportive, evidence-based approach designed to help partners improve communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen their relationship. It provides a safe space for both individuals to be heard, understood, and guided toward healthier ways of relating to one another.
Through structured conversations and practical strategies, couples therapy helps identify patterns that may be causing difficulties and works to rebuild trust and respect.
Workplace Wellbeing
Workplace wellbeing programs are designed to support teams, leaders, and organisations in fostering a healthier, more resilient work culture. By addressing stress, mental health, and communication at a group level, these programs help reduce absenteeism, improve performance, and create a more engaged workforce.
Our approach combines evidence-based strategies with practical workshops and training sessions that can be applied in everyday workplace settings.
